Hi everyone, hope you all had a good Easter.

I've been told I am vitamin D deficient and have to take one 1.25mg tablet lifelong .... why lifelong?

Thanks to anyone who can help Nx

Hello

I'm also on daily Vitamin D tablets because of a deficiency. Don't know why lifelong - might be because if we're deficient it means our bodies aren't abosrbing it well enough and it can't be corrected?

Perhaps your RA nurse (if you have one?) can help further.
